Visual Systems, Inc., through its subsidiary CygNet Software, Inc., (together, “CygNet”) provides this Privacy Policy to inform you of our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information we receive when you visit and use our website located at http://www.cygnet.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy applies only to information that you provide to us through the Site. This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Information Collection: Personally Identifiable Information

  • In the course of using the Site, we will ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you and administer your use of the Site and our services (“Personal Information”). Personal Information may include, but is not limited to, your name, phone number, email address and home and business postal addresses.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

Aggregate Information and Non-Identifying Information. Our Policy Toward Children

CygNet does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with Personal Information without their consent, he or she should contact us at . If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with Personal Information, we will delete such information from our files.

Security

CygNet is concerned with safeguarding your information. We employ administrative, physical and electronic measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access.

International Transfer

Identity theft and the practice currently known as “phishing” are of great concern to CygNet. Safeguarding information to help protect you from identity theft is a top priority.
